By purchasing an animal from SED Herpetological it is understood that you have read and agree to all of the Terms and Conditions on this page.

-All live animals must be shipped with Overnight shipping, buyer is to pay for the overnight shipping unless stated otherwise. Shipping runs an average of $45.

-Live arrival guarantee as long as you are there to sign for the package and the in route and destination temperature, day or night does not fall below 40 degrees or over 90 degrees. It is up to the customer to inform us of extreme conditions. During cold weather heat packs will be added at NO Additional cost to you. We ship all reptiles in an insulated box with as many heat packs needed at no extra charge to the customer. We are not responsible for carrier errors.

-If you do not sign for your package, your live arrival guarantee is null and void.  Remember: All of our geckos are shipped UPS overnight (after years of shipping with FedEx and many problems and hustles we have now switched to UPS we are 100% approved with UPS to ship all live reptiles) to arrive by 10am. You MUST be home and sign for your package when your gecko arrives!

-All DoA's must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the animal and you must keep the DoA until proof has been given. If there is a problem with the animal you must report to us on the same day of delivery. If you do not report to us a problem on the first day, then we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase.

-Sexing: All geckos for sale under one year of age cannot be guaranteed 100%. We will post geckos as male or female that are younger than one year, and they are visually sexed to the best of our ability.

-Shipping is not refundable.

-We will only ship to lower 48 states.

-All animals shipped are feeding great and exhibit no signs of illness.

-No sales to anyone under the age of 18 years old.

-I do my best to provide clear and accurate pictures of all of my animals, both breeders and available, but we are not a professional photographers.  We cannot guarantee color on any animal! If you ask us to I will attempt to give you our best guess as to what your animal shall mature into, but under no condition shall this be considered binding!

-By purchasing an animal, (on website or any classified ad) you agree that you have read and agree to these terms

-Payments via PayPal will be charged a 3.4% fee to cover the fee they charge me.

-SED Herpetological Reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time.
